Tasks webapp released

Getting things done across different platforms and devices has always been straightforward with fruux. Starting today it get's even easier: Say hello to our brand new tasks webapp!

Our new tasks webapp makes it trivial to:

  • Manage your todo lists in your browser.
  • Share them with friends, your family, co-workers or your team.
  • Always have an automatic backup.

And of course everything automatically syncs via the open standard CalDAV with all of your devices without trapping your data in a silo.

Calendar webapp progress

With todays release you are able to manage both your contacts, as well as your tasks right in your browser - but there's still one missing piece: Our upcoming calendar webapp. We're working hard on releasing it really soon. Luckily we're already half way there - many of our existing components can be reused in the calendar.

To give you a little preview we're also releasing a very early version of our calendar webapp today. It has two catches though:

  • Not the final look and feel (we reused parts of our public calendar interface).
  • For now it's read-only (you can of course edit your data on all of your devices as usual).

We hope you'll like the new tasks webapp and our calendar webapp preview.
